Ultrasonic Liposuction (UAL)
The most popular cosmetic surgery procedure in the U.S., liposuction sculpts the body by removing undesirable fat that has not responded to diet and exercise from areas such as the abdomen, waist, hips, buttocks, thighs, knees, chin, cheeks, neck and upper arms. Local anesthesia or general anesthesia may be used, and the procedure can last anywhere from one to five hours depending on the amount of fat being removed.
There are several different methods surgeons use when performing liposuction, the procedure we perform is ultrasound-assisted lipectomy (UAL). In a UAL procedure, fluid is injected into the area to be treated. Then a tiny incision is made in as inconspicuous a place as possible, and a cannula (small tube) breaks up the fat layer and suctions it out.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
Abdominoplasty helps to flatten and shape the abdomen and waist by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles. The best candidates have pockets of fat or loose skin that haven’t responded well to diet and exercise. The procedure can also be useful for women with stretched skin and muscles from pregnancy.
The procedure takes approximately two to five hours and can be performed with general anesthesia or local anesthesia with a sedative. Recovery time ranges from two weeks to a few months. With a balanced diet and regular exercise, results are long-lasting. Abdominoplasty will likely leave a scar above the pubic area which will fade with time, although it should be low enough for even a bikini to conceal it.

Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is a plastic surgery procedure to reduce and/or balance the size of the labia minora, or the inner lips of the vulva, or external female genitals. The medical term for enlarged labia minora is labial hypertrophy. After labiaplasty, the vulva has a more youthful look as the labia minora no longer protrude outside the outer vaginal lips.
In cases where there is too much fat padding over the mons pubis, or pubic mound, Dr. Suess can perform liposuction to reduce the fatty fullness in this area.
Dr.Suess performs labiaplasty as an outpatient procedure under twilight or general anesthesia. He removes the excess tissue from the labia minora and uses self-dissolving sutures which absorb within a week. Patients are up and moving the next day, can normally return to work in three to five days, and may resume sexual relations in four to six weeks, depending on the extent of the surgery.

Pectoral Implants for Men
You exercise. You work out. But no matter how rigorously you train, it appears that you just cannot develop or define your pectoral muscles. You are not alone. Even some bodybuilders have trouble developing pectoral muscles that are in proportion to the rest of their body. That is where pectoral implants can help.
Pectoral implants can be used for those men with underdevelopment of their chest muscles or for those men who have a congenital defect or injury. The implants are placed under the pectoral muscle so that the implant does not feel or look fake. Instead, the implants give you an appearance of a well-flexed and well-defined pectoral muscle.
Depending on your body shape and the length and size of your existing muscles will be the factors involved in determining the size of your implants. The surgery usually takes between one and two hours to complete and in some cases can be combined with liposuction in order to create optimal results.
